This is mainly for the purposes of taking our prospects through the customer journey from initial contact to prospect to customer, if you have made contact with us through our website, email or telephone to request an estimate you will have initiated this journey.

Your information as a prospect will be kept on file until you are no longer a valid option, in the case that you’ve employed another contractor or we receive confirmation that you are no longer interested in having the works done.

Any data we do store is done so in a safe & secure manner, inline with the data protection act.

In the purposes of sharing reviews & written testimonials we do not disclose personal details or exact location for the project, our usual level of detail is first name, initial of second name and town/ area.
